Cost of cocoa triples in Busoga.
The price of cocoa has tripled in the last few months, much to the delight of farmers in the Busoga Sub-region. In several districts, the prices have increased from Shs8,000 to between Shs27,000 and Shs31,000 this year. Farmers who have previously lamented the low price of cocoa are thrilled about the development.
