Promoter Balam Baruhagara Has been Also Appointed State Minister in charge of Youth and Children Affairs. Kitgum woman MP, Lillian Aber has been appointed as minister of state for relief, disaster preparedness and refugees, Dr Kenneth Omona who has been serving as PPS becomes minister of state in charge of Northern Uganda, Former CDF Gen Wilson Mbadi is now minister for trade.
