Businessman takes legal action against KCCA over kiosks
The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) is being sued by a businessman in the city for allegedly tearing down 13 of his kiosks that were situated in the New Taxi Park. According to Mr. Farouk Mujumba, the KCCA reversed course and destroyed all 13 of his fiberglass kiosks in January 2022, despite having originally given him permission to build them.
